The Regulations group has been at work primarily sorting out Chicago's zoning code. We've come up with a spreadsheet articulating the different regulations and restrictions that result from three different and potential zones for the site, RT4, RM5, & RM5.5. The spreadsheet should be posted to ctools.
We are working on diagramming this information, in order to make it more explicit. We currently encountered a hang up due to the realization that the site is split into three separate parcels, and thus potentially three different sets of regulations could result. Diagrams presenting these different possibilities will be available shortly.
